You may check your spam folder, junk mail folder, or other folders if you do not see the verification email in your inbox. You may also request the system to resend the verification email through My HKTDC User Profile.
- Log in to your SSO account on www.hktdc.com and click “Edit Profile” on the top menu of the website.
- Click “Resend verification email” in the Login Setting section to receive a new verification email.
If you still do not receive the verification email, please contact us at www.hktdc.com by clicking “Contact HKTDC” at the bottom of the website and fill in the Enquiry Form.
