To register for a seminar of a fair, visit the fair website then click “Events” to access the "Intelligence Hub".
After entering the "Intelligence Hub", scroll down to view the "Events & Seminars", events of the day will be shown by default if there are so. You may click the “downward arrow” to view the seminar details.
For upcoming seminars that are yet to start, you may register for the seminar by clicking the “Register” button.
If you have not registered to the fair, you will be required to fill in the Seminar Long Form to register for both the fair and the seminars. Please refer to the “Filling in Seminar Long Form” below for instructions.
For ongoing seminars that are livestreamed, you may join them by clicking the “Watch Now” button.
You may watch the seminars after submitting the Seminar Short Form regardless of your fair registration status. If you have not registered to the fair before that, you will be registered to the fair automatically after submission. Please refer to the “Filling in Seminar Short Form” for instructions.
For seminars that have ended, you may watch the seminar playbacks by clicking the “Watch Replay” button.
You may watch the seminar playbacks after submitting the Seminar Short Form regardless of your fair registration status. If you have not registered for the fair, you will be registered to the fair automatically after submission. Please refer to the “Filling in Seminar Short Form” for instructions.

Filling in Seminar Long Form
If you are not registered to the fair, please log into your SSO account (refer to "User Registration" section if you are not registered) and click “Register” on the upcoming seminar that you would like to register in Intelligence Hub.
Step 1 – Registering Seminar
The seminar that you have selected to register for will be ticked automatically and shown on the top of the page. You may also register for other seminars by ticking the options and filling in the questions if applicable. Click “Next” to continue.
Step 2 – Personal Information
Your personal information from your SSO account will be pre-filled in the form. You may also edit the information manually.
Step 3 – Company Details
Fill in your company details as required.
Step 4 – Business Matching
Select your preferred categories of business matching and indicate your purpose for visiting the fair.
Step 5 – Confirm the information you have filled in on the Seminar Long Form and read the disclaimer. Check if you are registering for the correct seminar(s). Click “Confirm” to complete the registration.
If you have successfully registered for an upcoming seminar, the green label of “Registered” will appear. To view the list of all upcoming seminars that you have registered for, please refer to Click2Match “How do I view my past or upcoming registered seminar and live events?”.
Upon successful registration for the seminar(s), you will also be registered to the fair and able to use other services in the fair, such as Click2Match and Meetings.
