During the connectivity test, your browser will prompt for the device to be used as the microphone and camera. Select the device and click “Allow” to continue. You may select another device from the Camera Source and Microphone Source dropdown menu before clicking “Start Meeting”.
You may attend a meeting with one device only. If you join the meeting with another device, the original device will be automatically removed from the meeting.
If your microphone / camera is not detected, and cannot pass the connectivity test, please check your device connection on the browser. If the device is connected but does not show up on the Camera Source and Microphone Source, please try using another device for the meeting. You may also continue to the online meeting by clicking “Start Meeting”.
If you need to switch to another device during a meeting, click “Retest Connectivity and Device Setting” at the top of the meeting room.
