I would like to change my password, or I forgot my password of my SSO account.

You may change your password through My HKTDC User Profile. 

1. Log into your SSO account at www.hktdc.com and click “Edit Profile” on the top menu of the website. 
    
   
   
   
2. Click “Change login password” in the Login Setting section, enter your existing password and the new password. Click “Change Password” to complete. 
    
   
   
   

• I forgot the password of my SSO account. 

To reset your password for your SSO account, you may visit www.hktdc.com and follow the steps below: 

1. Click “Login” on the top menu of the website. 
   
   
   
   
2. In the SSO Login screen, click “Forgot password?” to proceed.
   
   
   
   
3. Enter your email address and click “Send “Reset Password” message”. You will receive an email for resetting your password.
