After searching for the buyer, click “Send Message” on the selected buyer profile.
A chatbox will appear for you to type the message. After entering your message, click on 'Send Message' to deliver it to the buyer.
You can go to the Message Centre to continue chatting in the chatroom with the buyer.
To view the profile of the buyer in the Message Centre, click the sub-menu on the top right corner of the chatroom.
Click “Profile” and the buyer profile will be opened in a new tab.
It provides you with additional information about buyers (e.g. nature of business, email domain, year of registration on HKTDC, Target / Preferred Market(s)) to help you evaluate buyers’ credibility and understand their preference.
