To search for a buyer, you may refer to “How do I discover new buyers?” in Click2Match FAQ.
After searching for the buyer, click “Send Message” on the selected buyer profile.
You will now be redirected to the Message Centre. A new chatroom with the buyer that you have selected in will be created.
To view the profile of the buyer in the Message Centre, click the sub-menu on the top right corner of the chatroom.
Click “Profile” and the buyer profile will be opened in a new tab.
