During an online meeting, you may mute the video sound, mute your microphone or turn off your camera by clicking the buttons at the bottom of the video feed.
Sound On, Microphone Unmuted and Camera On:
Sound Off, Microphone Muted and Camera Off:
- Click the “speaker” icon to turn on/ turn off the sound
- Click the “microphone” icon to mute/unmute your microphone
- Click the “camera” button to turn on/ turn off your camera
If your microphone is muted, your microphone icon on the “Participants” tab will turn grey for indication.
During an online meeting, you may share your screen by clicking the “Share Screen” button. You may select which screen or window to be shared with the participants in the online meeting. You may stop sharing your screen by clicking the “Share Screen” button again or the “Stop Sharing” button on the browser prompts.
Only one participant can share their screen at a time. The function is only available when using a desktop for the meeting.
