Your company information is shown to buyers after scanning your QR code. Buyers can take a variety of immediate actions after scanning exhibitor QR codes, including:
1) View product / service details
🎯Don’t forget to upload product / service details, especially product / service certifications that make your company more appealing to buyers.
2) Schedule meetings
🎯Don’t forget to accept meeting requests from buyers.
3) Add to favourites
🎯This action will help buyers to synchronize their favourite exhibitors to the favourites list of the respective fair websites, making them easier to access your company info online and continue the online sourcing journey.
4) View the e-floorplan
🎯Buyers might review the scan records and re-visit your booth during the fair period.
5) Chat with exhibitors and send enquires
🎯To respond to buyers, please use the Message Centre. You are also recommended enabling push notifications to receive alerts when a buyer makes an enquiry.
Buyers can access the scan records on the HKTDC Marketplace App, tap the "" button located at the bottom centre of the home screen. From there, select "Scan Exhibitor" and a list of Scan Record will be displayed.
💡Tips: We highly recommend exhibitors to invite buyers to scan your QR code during the fair period and regularly check the scan records to initiate conversations with interested buyers.
