If the identity verification is unsuccessful or the e-Badge status is NOT “Verified”, there are 3 options you can try to complete the process.
a) Online Identity Verification (Recommended)
Via App
- Open HKTDC Marketplace App, login to your account and go to Buyer e-Badge. Select the Jewellery Show or the Diamond Show e-Badge in the list.
Where to download the HKTDC Marketplace App?
- Click "Verify Now", and follow the instructions in the app to upload your identity document and photo for the identity verification.
- If you have completed the identity verification successfully, the e-Badge will be updated to "Verified".
Via Website
Login to the "My Account" section of the fairs' website.
- For Hong Kong International Diamond, Gem & Pearl Show, click HERE.
- For Hong Kong International Jewellery Show, click HERE.
Click on the “Verify Now” button.
Under "Profile” section, click on the "Edit" button.
Follow the instructions to submit the required documents for verification.
b) Badge verification at off-site registration counters
You are also welcome to complete your identity verification at our off-site registration counters. More details can be found HERE.
c) Badge verification at on-site buyer registration counters
Upon your arrival at the fairground, please proceed in person to the Buyer Registration Counters to verify your admission badge by presenting your original passport or Hong Kong SAR Identity Card / Macao SAR Resident Identity Card / China Identity Card & China Exit-Entry Permit Card (other forms of identity documents will not be accepted).
