Starting from the fairs in January 2025, other staff of the exhibitor can get an exhibitor e-Badge without having to login to the exhibitor account. If you are the staff with the exhibitor account, you can send exhibitor e-Badge to other staff by following below steps:
- Login your exhibitor account in HKTDC Marketplace App.
Where to download the HKTDC Marketplace App?

After login, click the at the bottom of home page.

Select "Exhibitor e-Badge".

Click “Manage Exhibitor e-Badge”.

Select the fair that you want to send an exhibitor e-Badge for.

Then you can see a list of exhibitor e-Badges. Click the button to copy the link, or click the button to open the link. The link will redirect you to open a web page for redeeming exhibitor e-Badge without having to login.
Below is a sample of the web page. - Please send the link of this web page to other staff. You can also take a screen shot of the QR code and send it to other staff too.
Note: The exhibitor has to bear full responsibility to ensure the QR code(s) / e-badge(s) is / are redeemed and used by authorised person(s) in the same company / organisation only and are strictly non-transferrable to any third parties.
- After sending the redemption web page or QR code to other staff, please remind them to download HKTDC Marketplace App and follow the steps in this page to get the exhibitor e-Badge.
I don’t have an exhibitor account. Can I get an exhibitor e-Badge?
