You can manage your exhibitor e-Badges for all the fairs under your company. You can check the number of e-Badges entitled for each trade fair you will exhibit in. You can also check who has redeemed the exhibitor e-Badge.

Login your exhibitor account in HKTDC Marketplace App.
Where to download the HKTDC Marketplace App? -
After login, click the
at the bottom of home page.

Select "Exhibitor e-Badge".

Click “Manage Exhibitor e-Badge”.

Select the fair that you want to manage the exhibitor e-Badges for.

Then you can see a list of exhibitor e-Badges. Badge(s) marked with a name with the status as "- Release" means the badge has been redeemed by your colleague. Badge(s) without name and the status is "+ Select", is available for redemption.
- You can put a redeemed e-Badge back to the pool from your colleague by clicking the "- Release" button. The released e-Badge will be removed from your colleague's mobile device, and put back to the pool for another colleague to redeem.
