Starting from the fairs in January 2025, other staff of the exhibitor can get an exhibitor e-Badge without having to log into an exhibitor account. If you are the staff of the exhibitor but you don't have the exhibitor account, please follow below steps to get an exhibitor e-Badge:

Download HKTDC Marketplace App.
Where to download the HKTDC Marketplace App? -
Click the
at the bottom of home page.

Select "Exhibitor e-Badge".
- Contact the person-in-charge of your company to get a redemption QR code or a redemption web page link.
- If you have received a redemption QR code (please note this is NOT the admission QR code), click "Get Exhibitor e-Badge" button in the page. You can scan the received QR code or import the QR code from your album.
- If you have received a redemption web page link, please open the link and you will be redirected to the redemption QR code web page. Please click "Click to get Exhibitor e-Badge" button in the page. You will be redirected back to the app.
- Both step 5 and 6 will bring you to the exhibitor e-Badge listing page in the app. In this page, you can see all the e-Badges under your company in the fair. Badge(s) marked with a name with the status as "Used" means the badge has been redeemed by your colleague. Badge(s) without name and the status is "+ Select", is available for redemption.

Select a badge which is available for redemption, click "+ Select".

Input your salutation, first name and last name to display on the badge.

Click "Next", then the exhibitor e-Badge is successfully redeemed in your device.
