Please follow below steps to get your exhibitor e-Badge.
- Download HKTDC Marketplace App.
Where to download the HKTDC Marketplace App?
- Login your exhibitor account.
(Tips: Your exhibitor account is the one you used for booth application.)
- After login, click the
at the bottom of home page.
- Select "Exhibitor e-Badge".

Click “Manage Exhibitor e-Badge”.
- Select the fair that you want to get exhibitor e-Badge.
- Input the passcode. (The passcode has been sent to your email used for booth application.)
- Then you can see a list of exhibitor e-Badges. Badge(s) with the status as "- Release" means the badge has been redeemed by your colleague. Badge(s) with the status as "+ Select", is available for redemption.
- Select the badge with your name, click "+ Select".
- The exhibitor e-Badge is successfully redeemed in your device.
