To share a meeting with guests, click “Share Meeting” to copy the guest URL and send it to the guests you would like to invite. Up to 4 guests can join the meeting at the same time.
For joining the online meeting, the guests will need to wait before entering the meeting room. Click “Accept” to admit the guests or “Reject” to stop the guest from joining the online meeting.
