The HKTDC Marketplace App offers a new Note-taking feature for you to effortlessly jot down key details about products, suppliers, and conversations during events.
Add Notes

From Exhibitor Detail Page
Browse the exhibitor list and select an exhibitor to view their detail page.
Under the exhibitor’s information, you’ll find the Note section. Click "Add Note" to open the Edit Note page.
Write your note and click "Save" to save it.
Adding a note will automatically add the exhibitor into favourite list for easy access later. Exhibitors with notes will show a note indicator. You can preview the note and return to edit it at any time.

From Scanning Exhibitor QR Code
During fair period, you can scan the exhibitor’s QR code to take notes.
After scanning an exhibitor's QR code, the app will open their detail page with a pop-up menu. Click "Add Note" on the pop-up menu to open the Edit Note page.
Enter your note and click "Save".
View and edit the note anytime in Scan Exhibitor List.
Delete Notes
To delete a note, open the Favourited Exhibitor list.
Open the Exhibitor Detail page and click “View Note”.
On the Edit Note page, click the trash icon.

Click Delete. The note will be deleted from your account.
*Be reminded removing exhibitors from Favourited List will also remove the exhibitor notes.
