To search for a message in the chatroom, click the magnifying glass icon at the top right corner of the chat.
Enter the keyword(s) in the search box and click the icon again. To clear the search box, click the cross icon. To hide the search bar, click the arrow icon.
To pin a message in the chatroom, click on the pin button on the message.
To view all the pinned messages, click the sub menu on the top right corner and select “Pinned Items” to view all the pinned messages.
