How to use the FAQ which a supplier has set up in the Message Centre?

Some suppliers have set up a list of FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions) in the Message Centre. By clicking those questions, you can get the answer immediately without having to wait for the supplier to get online.

1. If a supplier has set up a list of frequently asked questions, you can find them in your chat channel with the supplier.
   
   
   
   
2. Click on the “FAQ” box to view all the questions.
   
   
   
   
3. Click on a question to quickly access the information you need.
