There are 2 ways to register for the twin Jewellery shows and verify your identity documents - either via the HKTDC Marketplace App or the fair websites.
It is strongly recommended to do so via the HKTDC Marketplace App. Once the registration and verification are successful in the app, a “Verified” e-Badge will be provided for your direct admission to the fairground.
(Recommended) Register via the HKTDC Marketplace App
Step 1: Download the HKTDC Marketplace App
Click here to download.
Step 2: Login to your HKTDC account
Login to your HKTDC account. Create a new account if you do not have one yet. For details, please check here. (Please keep your account and password safe for your future participation in other activities organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council.)
Step 3: Register the Twin Jewellery Shows
Go to “Exhibitions”, find the HKTDC Hong Kong International Jewellery Show or the HKTDC Hong Kong Diamond, Gem & Pearl Show. Click the “Register” button.
Fill in your Sourcing Interest, Product Design & Target / Preferred Markets.
Choose Passport/ID Issuing Country or Region.
Upload your Identity Document.
Upload your Profile Photo.
Read and accept the terms, conditions, etc.
Click “Next” and complete the registration. A “Verified” e-Badge will be added to your account which can be used to gain admission at the fairground directly.
Register via the fair website
Go to the fair website and click the “To Visit” button on the top menu.

HKTDC Hong Kong Diamond, Gem & Pearl Show
Step 1: Personal Information
Fill your personal information in the Buyer Online Registration form. If you have not registered for an account, you will be asked to set the password. (Please keep your account and password safe for your future participation in other activities organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council.)
If you have already registered for an account and have logged into the website, your personal information will be pre-filled in the form. You may also edit the personal information.
Choose Passport/ID Issuing Country or Region.
Upload your Identity Document.
Upload your Profile Photo.
Click “Next” to continue.
Step 2 – Company Details
Fill in your company details required and click “Next” to continue.
Step 3 – Business Matching
Select your preferred categories of business matching and indicate your purpose for visiting the fair.
Step 4 – Registering Seminars
You may register for the seminars you would like to attend at the fair. For more information, please refer to the "Event and Seminar" in FAQ.
Step 5 – Confirm the information
Confirm the information you have filled in on the Buyer Registration Form and read the disclaimer carefully. Click the “Confirm” button to complete the registration.
Step 6 – Retrieve the Verified e-Badge via the Marketplace App
Upon successful registration, you will receive an email with the details for visiting the fair.
Click “Download Now” from the email confirmation to download the HKTDC Marketplace App, login to your account and get the "Verified" e-Badge which can be used to gain admission at the fairground directly.
