- Uploading an expired or soon-to-expire document: Make sure that the document you upload is valid and will not expire before the Twin Jewellery shows. Check the date of expiry of passport/ID to ensure it meets the validity requirements.
- Incorrect file format, size, or resolution: Verify the accepted file formats (e.g., JPEG, PNG) and the maximum file size allowed. Ensure that the resolution of the photo meets the specified requirements. For details, please refer to this FAQ.
- Document photo with glare: Avoid using flashlights, light from lamp or other light source in a way that creates reflections or glare. The image should be clear and free from any unnecessary distortions.
- The photo is not clear or tilted: Make sure the photo is clear and not tilted at an angle that may affect the visibility or legibility of the document.
- Passport/ID taking up less than 70% of the photo: Ensure that the passport/ID document occupies a significant portion of the photo, preferably over 70%, to ensure clarity and visibility during the verification process.
- Uploading incorrect documents: Be cautious to upload the correct document, such as a passport or ID, as specified by the requirements. Avoid uploading unrelated documents like a driver's license instead of a passport/ID.
- Passport/ID mismatch with the issuing country or region: Verify that the uploaded document matches the issuing country or region information selected.
